NasHub provides professional portfolio website creation and hosting services. Our services include:

• Design and development of personal portfolio websites
• Domain setup and management (subdomain and custom domain options)
• Website hosting, security, and ongoing maintenance
• Content updates and modifications as per your chosen plan

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to you.

When you create an account with NasHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Our pricing structure is transparent and clearly displayed on our Pricing page. Key terms include:

• All setup fees are one-time payments due at the time of ordering
• Hosting/maintenance fees are billed annually or monthly depending on your plan
• Your first 3 months of maintenance are included free with your setup fee
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

You retain full ownership of all content you provide for your portfolio. However, you agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, or misleading material
• Promotes illegal activities or hate speech

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach.

NasHub provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard
• We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, your portfolio will be taken offline and you will have 30 days to request a data export

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the latest revision is displayed at the top of this page.
